Happy August! This is a wonderful time for vacations, spending time with friends and family, enjoying the outdoors, and relaxing with a good book. It is also hard to believe that by the end of this month, children will begin heading back to school!
We have been very busy at Pina Bird Books all summer long, and I am excited to share some wonderful news.
My newest children’s book, Bad Chick and the Big Mess, is finally available! After a great deal of tweaking and working through the printing process, the hardcover edition is now available through my website, and the paperback edition is available on Amazon.
Bad Chick and the Big Mess is an exciting story about a mischievous little chick who loves playing pranks. However, when one prank goes too far, she must face the consequences of her choices. Along the way, she learns important lessons about responsibility, making things right, and earning a second chance.
Also arriving this August is the hardcover edition of Fred the Super: A Home for Freida. This heartwarming story celebrates adoption, belonging, and the many ways a family can come together. It reminds children that our differences never have to stand in the way of loving and caring for one another.
Also in the works is Fred the Super & Friends: Summer Adventure Coloring & Activity Book, filled with entertaining activities, learning opportunities, and summertime fun. Our Winter Adventure Coloring & Activity Book is now available on Amazon as well!
We have even more new books coming in September, so please be on the lookout for upcoming announcements.
